Pure energy (REGen) Ltd is a renewable energy technology company, utilising knowledge and experience gained, together with core external partnerships, to market and develop cost effective Sustainable Energy infrastructure, promoting the benefits of both renewable energy generation and Waste to Energy (W2E) technologies in order to minimise environmental impact, reduce asset operating costs and create new revenue opportunities.
A key means by which we intend to maintain and develop our market leading position is through our commitment to a formalised Management System that meets the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 to manage the risks associated with our premises and activities.
To promote our QHSE Leadership, we are fully committed to the following:
- Providing our customers with first class service by conforming in all regards with our statutory, regulatory and applicable requirements along with all relevant environmental legislation.
- Protecting the environment, prevention of pollution, and fulfilling our compliance obligations to minimise adverse impacts and our environmental impact, by reviewing the actual and potential environmental impacts of all activities, including those affecting our identified interested parties.
- Providing the relevant resource required to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve the integrated management system.
- Engaging, communicating, and consulting with employees and interested parties on day to day QHSE conditions to encourage their participation in QHSE best practice.
- Preventing accidents and cases of work-related ill health of all persons within our workplace, by identifying and managing risks and having suitable arrangements in place to respond to all foreseeable incidents and emergencies.
- Providing all necessary resources, instruction, infrastructure, training, support and encouragement to employees in order to maintain competence, develop skills and to provide a stimulating work environment.
- Maintaining our premises and work equipment to a standard that ensures that risks are effectively managed. Carry out and regularly review risk assessments to identify hazards and existing control measures. We will prioritise, plan and complete any corrective actions required to reduce risk to an acceptable level.
- Ensure that responsibilities for QHSE are allocated, understood, monitored and fulfilled.
To ensure continuing relevance, effectiveness and efficiency in meeting the business’s objectives, this QHSE Policy and supporting objectives will be reviewed on a planned basis by the Chief Executive Officer as part of a formal management review process.
